We endeavour to ensure all express delivery orders placed before 2pm will be picked, packed and dispatched by our fulfilment team on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). We're pleased to offer worldwide signed for shipping on all purchases, no matter how big or small your order. For international orders please change the flag at the top of our website to ensure the order goes through our International team and to avoid any additional import/customs charges. Any international orders made with a VPN will divert this service and therefor incur additional and greater charges upon delivery, we highly recommend turning off your VPN when ordering.

All duties and import fees will be calculated at checkout and included in the final price.
No additional duties or taxes will be added upon delivery.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay import fees from Blacksmith Store, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Blacksmith Store. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

All customers are entitled to return their products within 14-days of receiving their order provided items are in original, unused and resell-able condition. We do not offer free returns. All costs associated with returning your order are your responsibility. We suggest adding insurance equating to the full value of the contents and choosing a service that includes tracking and requires a signature. We cannot be held accountable for returned items until we have received them.

For international returns, please download our International Returns Form and once you have filled it out, send your order back to the address shown in the top left-hand corner of the form
If you are unable to print the returns label, please include a piece of paper with your full name, order number and continue the steps above.
Upon receiving your returned package, we aim to inspect, process and refund your return as quick as possible. We endeavour to process all returns within 7 working days of receiving, but this timeframe can extend during busy periods.

Each of our products have their own individual sizing guide, these can be found within the description, on product pages.
If you have any difficulty locating the sizing guides, or would like to know a specific measurement not that is not listed on the sizing guide, please feel free to contact customer support at: orders@blacksmith-store.com and we will try our best to resolve your query.
Currently, we accept all major debit and credit cards.

We also accept Paypal.
If your card is declined, you will be immediately notified at checkout and your order will not be dispatched. All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation checks from their card issuer. Please ensure that all details provided in the 'billing address' section on the checkout are filled out correctly and match the address on the card that is being charged, as this is a common reason for cards to be declined. If you are unsure, or your card proceeds to decline again, please contact your card issuer.
We do our best to keep popular items in stock all year round. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to do so.
If a product is sold out, you will be given the option to sign up for a stock alert. We constantly monitor sign-up alerts and plan restocks based around these figures.
We also recommend signing up to our newsletter and following us on social media to be notified of new releases and restocks.
Our customer support team is available 9-4 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We respond on a first-come first-serve basis but be assured, our customer service team will be with you as soon as possible. Messages we have received over the weekend and during busy times may have a delayed response due to a high volume of emails at the time.
We source our goods from a number of locations including: the USA, UK, China, Portugal and India. This is based entirely on who does the best job in their particular field. Due to the size of our business and order quantities, we work with like-minded small producers and where possible, utilise organic and recycled fabrics from accredited GOTS suppliers.

We do not offer exchanges, our stock levels change very quickly - to ensure you don't miss out on the product you would like, return the product to us as explained in the returns section above. Once you have dispatched the return, purchase the desired product. This policy is in place to avoid you missing out on items which sell out whilst your return is on the way back to us!
